TRAJETS is an interdisciplinary research laboratory that brings together both internal and external actors at ISELP, focusing on common study topics. A space for reflection and exchange where knowledge, experience and methodologies are shared, it aims to examine areas of friction between art history and social debates. it aims to examine areas of friction between art history and social debates.
Each session of TRAJETS is developed thanks to the participation of a variable number of researchers approached by ISELP on account of their having varying degrees of connection with the proposed case studies. Researchers with particular affinities with one of them can nevertheless join the group concerned on request if the reception conditions allow it. United around a common subject, the researchers meet approximately once a month. Their methodological framework is divided into four sequential stages that mark out the progress of their research without imposing a precise time frame: Locations, Explorations, Intersections, Anchors. The researchers determine the duration of their research together.

Case studies have little to no public exposure until the researchers determine that it is time to present some stage of their process or outcome.
